Requirements:
- Formal university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related quantitative technical stream.
- 3+ years of professional hands-on back-end engineering experience writing enterprise-grade application logic using Java Technologies.
- Proven competency implementing microservices with Spring, Spring Boot, and high-performance reactive architectures like Vert.x.
- Direct familiarity or working experience managing distributed, multi-tiered engines, in-memory architectures (Apache Ignite is a major plus), and large-scale data processing tools like Apache Spark.
- Strong operational knowledge of relational systems (PostgreSQL), distributed NoSQL datastores (Cassandra), massive-scale analytical platforms (Yellowbrick), and real-time streaming/event messaging brokers (Kafka).
- Extensive experience constructing, documenting, and optimizing scalable RESTful API endpoints and specifications.
- Solid capability executing automated testing frameworks (Unit testing, Integration testing) inside continuous application rollouts.
- Ability to efficiently profile back-end components, trace code failures, execute root-cause analysis, and apply hotfixes for system defects.
- Comfort collaborating inside fast-moving Agile sprints or related rapid application development (RAD) software management setups.
- Sharp analytical skills to evaluate complex technical objectives against strict business goals, an innovative mindset that questions legacy patterns, and proficient oral and written English communication metrics.
